Economical hotel in a downtown area of Stuart. Our property rooms were updated and impressive, with king size bed. Savoury and satisfactory breakfast, lots of food and beverages. Clean pool, parking on-site. Everything great.

We accidentally turned the heat on and a whole room then smell like urine. We were supposed to have a king and instead were given to Queens which in my opinion we're not even Queens but full size rather. The breakfast was sparse and the coffee was terrible.
Those little tiny pillows are awful people want real pillows

Excellent breakfast - the main member of staff looking after it was doing a great job and kept everything topped up.
Pool could have a bit more ambience - a bit exposed and uninviting - enjoyed my swim though. Good to have the facility of a lobby computer and printer. However, printer needed new cartridge which I told 2 reception staff about that evening, not changed by the morning - trying to print out boarding passes so was a bit annoying. Computer is running Windows XP which is mega-ly out of date and hasn't been supported for ages. Slow too. Get a new pc!!!! Oh, and just one terminal on the reception desk? Please get another one - we had to wait about 10 minutes while someone else checked in even though another member of staff available!

Fairly clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast good variety. Coffee hot, good & always available.
Mattress was too soft, unsupportive. Seemed a little old, over-used. Shower could have used a fan vent. (Bathroom filled with steam. Had to open door to shave). A couple of Palmetto bugs in the bathroom. Pillows weird. Punched in. Need to fluff out. Hallways need new carpeting, upgrading. View of parking lot not great.

Nice rooms. The beds are so comfortable! Lots of linens in bath.
Have stayed (different rooms) several times at same hotel. The small coffee makers are not clean. Burnt coffee on hot plates. Filter cups all have old caked coffee in them and are hard to fit in coffee maker. Wrong filter for maker? Seems so. Coffee pots are used and not dishwasher cleaned after each stay. Washed in bathroom sinks? If at all. Pet fee is too much at $20 a night. Using pet rooms that are hand sprayed with ?disinfectant or pet urine spray. Carpets are not cleaned after every stay so that is not extra labor to warrant an unworthy fee. Are considered dirty rooms which could mean only people with pets stay there. If so why do we pay the extra fee for a sub-standard room? Pets not allowed in lobby so checking in I have to leave my small dog in the car in hot weather. Takes longer to check in with the pet rooms. Dog waits longer in hot car...

It had plenty of room space but I was told I have to many kids. I have twins who are 10 and that made 4 kids. It is not fair for families when they have a larger family to be told you have to many people. Cant afford 2 rooms and if I could you could not let them stay alone in a room without supervision.
When I wanted to come back to hotel and make a left hand turn I had to go down to almost the traffic light to make a U Turn. I don't like that in heavy traffic. When we came back to the parking lot on Friday there was a fight going on with 2 people and they were cutting each other off to keep them from getting out of the area and then it went into a yelling match so my husband and I ran to the door to get in and out of the parking lot area. I figure it was because it was by a Flanigins eating and drinking area.

The clean, comfortable room featured a fridge and microwave. The staff stood out for their friendly service, though some areas could use a refresh. Breakfast lacked protein options, and there was a persistent humidity issue in the room. I would consider returning if improvements are made.

I liked the location and the price. The room was clean and had no problems.
No fitness center. The staff at the check in were a little unprofessional. His shirt was half buttoned , but was pleasant.
